Najman Winery was founded in 2006 as a small boutique winery engaged in viticulture and wine production. The vineyards, covering an area of 3 hectares, feature grape varieties such as Grasevina, Riesling, Moslavac, Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Portugieser, and Yellow Muscat. The high-quality wines are bottled, with the "Toplicka Iskra" white cuvée being bottled in 1-liter bottles. The winery also offers a rosé wine made from Pinot Noir, as well as a sparkling rosé wine called "Iskra" made from Pinot Noir using the traditional bottle fermentation method.

Najman wines consistently reach the category of quality and premium wines. The flagship wines of the winery, Riesling, Pinot Noir, and Sauvignon, were awarded silver, bronze, and recommendation at the 17th Decanter World Wine Awards 2020 in London.
