No one knows why Tesla was interested in pigeons. Gradually his interest in pigeons grew into love towards one unique pigeon. When the pigeon became sick, he took it with him to his hotel room, but the attempts to cure the bird failed, and it died. A few days after the pigeon, Tesla died. Some said of a broken heart, and this may be true because he died of heart failure. The sad part is that he previously said he had loved her as a man loves a woman. He said that before she passed away, a white light shone from her eyes, brighter than anything he had ever generated with his electrical machinery.
